My name is Kailash Patel, and I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) in 2013. My RA was detected after a visit to different departments. I have had two knee replacements and have disc problems.After trying different medication have been on methotrexate injections since 2017.
My experience of physical activity: I have struggled with RA and find that I am always fatigued. I have to plan my days and my activity according to my pain.
Why I wanted to get involved in MISSION-RA: I wanted to get involved with Mission RA as want to prompt more awareness about the disease and be of help to others living with RA.
